In empowering job stability there is no one-size-fits-all plan and takes time of building a personal relationship with each neighbor to help them find the job that fits them.
About Shepherd
Shepherd Community Center has served the near Eastside of Indianapolis since 1985 with a simple but staggering mission: to break the cycle of poverty through a Continuum of Care that meets the physical, emotional, spiritual, and academic needs of our neighbors.
Shepherd offers wrap-around services to our neighborhood children, youth, families, and seniors from cradle to career and beyond through intentional services, programs, and relationships. Shepherd believes that by focusing on building deeper relationships within our Shepherd neighborhoods, we will create a more stable, healthy community for all ages.
