A K4 teacher is responsible for teaching children aged four years old in a classroom setting. The teacher’s duties include facilitating learning through the use of an age-appropriate curriculum, instilling a sense of respect and discipline in children, supervising children outside of class time, such as during lunch, out on the playground, or on field trips, and making sure that the classroom is clean, safe, and well-organized. The K4 teacher also ensures that all paperwork and requirements for our state accreditation are up to date and being met.

    The K5 Teacher is responsible for supervising and facilitating learning for kindergarten aged children in our academy.

      The academy tutor is responsible for working with students in our Academy in a small group or one-on-one setting. This role will help support classroom teachers by pulling kids out of class that require extra assistance and reinforcing concepts taught in class. The Tutor may also provide push-in classroom support to assist students who need additional aid during instructional time. This role is a grant-funded role.

        The Youth Employment Coach is responsible for mentoring, coaching, and walking along side students who are looking moving out of college or high school and into the workforce.
