Hello. My name is Maddie, and this is Shepherd Jr. News.

Yannis:
Hello, my name is Yannis. Welcome to Shepherd Jr. News.

Sinai:
Hello, my name is Sinai and welcome to Shepherd Jr. News. We are the team of eight journalists that want to share with you, our audience, some of behind the scenes activities and people at Shepherd community. For our first story, we will go to our reporter Maddie and interview with one or our favorite teachers, Miss Lindley. Maddie, take it away.

Maddie:
Thank you, Sinai. Today we are going to be interviewing a person that works at Shepherd. So what is your name?

Lindley Wilson:
My name is Lindley Wilson.

Maddie:
What do you do here at Shepherd?

Lindley Wilson:
I’m an income sports coach here and I am our social worker.

Maddie:
How do you feel when you’re at Shepherd?

Lindley Wilson:
I love being at Shepherd. I’m always happy when I’m here and I love seeing you kids and I love seeing our neighbors.

Maddie:
I heard you got a dog. What’s his name?

Lindley Wilson:
I did. His name is Henry. He’s a Yorkie poodle.

Maddie:
Okay. And what is your favorite thing about him?

Lindley Wilson:
He’s super cuddly. So whenever he sleeps, he always comes and cuddles right next to me and I love that.

Maddie:
Thank you very much. Let’s move on to Miss Luz.

Luz:
Thanks Maddie. So today we have Miss Lindi. So the first question is, what is your name?

Lindi:
My name is Lindi [inaudible 00:02:02] , Lindi [inaudible 00:02:03].

Luz:
Where do you go to college?

Lindi:
I go to Taylor University.

Luz:
What do you think about Shepherd?

Lindi:
I love Shepherd. I love coming here and seeing everyone that I’ve known from the past few years, it’s been really fun to see everyone.

Luz:
What is your favorite thing about Shepherd?

Lindi:
One of my favorite things about Shepherd is the afterschool program and being able to come here and help and do homework and then doing clubs.

Luz:
