It seems as if we are stuck in this winter wonderland. This weather has been such a challenge to our families. Yet, spring will be here soon, but for many of us, not soon enough.

Yet, throughout this whole winter important work is happening. Just last week, the Governor toured our preschool. He acknowledged the critical work happening in the halls of Shepherd Community in the lives of three and four year olds.

If you want to improve graduation rates–invest in preschool.
