29 Jan Volunteers Add Value Posted at 17:42h in Jay's Journal by JayHeight Thanks to all the volunteers who given time to serve our neighbors at Shepherd Community. In 2013 we had 27,449 hours donated. That is simply amazing. The IRS gives a dollar value to that which equals more than $600,000 worth of volunteer hours donated. Wow! That enables us to spend that money to better serve our neighbors. Shepherd volunteers are making a difference.
