Tax day:
The day we fear; the day we want to forget.
Yet, the government comes calling for our tax forms, and for some, our money.
Yet, we avoid, delay, and wait until the last minute to do our taxes.
But not at Shepherd. Hundreds of families have benefited through our free tax service and today, we finish up the last. Hundreds are served, and thousands of dollars returned to our neighborhood-thanks to you.
Your help has helped families get their taxes done through volunteers and saved lots of money for our neighbors.
This April 15th is a tax day not to fear, but to celebrate.
