Through individual coaching, Family Engagement Specialists provide proactive support to those they walk alongside.

Shepherd Community’s Minnie Hartmann Neighborhood Childcare Teacher is responsible for supervising and facilitating learning for students in class.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor offers counseling services to those involved in Shepherd Community programs through individual and group counseling.

The Youth Employment Coach is responsible for mentoring, coaching, and walking alongside students who are looking to graduate from high school, move to college, and enter the workforce. The YEC will also work to maintain a strong partnership with area schools.

The Young Adult Coordinator (YAC) is to work with the Interns, Bridge Students, Fellows (IBF) Director, Female Discipleship Leader (FDL) and the Resident Assistants (RA) to facilitate an environment within the IBF households that contributes to the overall physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual development of fellows, interns, and bridge students.
