Preschool / Kindergarten

The Academy is where it all begins.

The Academy is made up of three classes; the three year old room, the four year old pre-kindergarten, and the five year old kindergarten class. Each child is cherished and loved in an environment where their physical, emotional, academic and spiritual skills will be mastered. Each parent is respected and offered all of our other services as well as the one-on-one attention the teachers pay to their needs and the needs of their children.

The teachers work with the children to achieve goals that will allow them to succeed as they begin a life of learning.

• 100% of the students will be able to read by the end of their three years in the Academy
• 80% will score above average on the IPS entrance exam
• 100% of the Hispanic students will master English at their age appropriate level
• All students will be taught and expected to maintain habits of importance such as:
  • Orderliness
  • Obedience
  • Respect for others and property
  • Honesty
  • Self-discipline
  • Self-control
  • Diligence

We know that if our little ones can achieve these goals and behaviors they will enter grade school with a soft confidence and with behaviors that will allow them to be role models to their peers.
